Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. -
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. -
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email at shop@tervigon.com. This allows you to monitor your order's delivery progress. -
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors like weather or logistical challenges. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at shop@tervigon.com, and we will assist in tracking your package. -
Incorrect Address
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. VANSKIN is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. -
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us at shop@tervigon.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if required. -
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at shop@tervigon.com. After dispatch, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
